Course Description
Programming and conceptual design for residential interiors including systems thinking, human factors, behavioral issues, materials, furnishings, fixtures, with the visualization of inquiry and solutions through manual and digital drafting and rendering with integrated verbal presentation.Prerequisite: ART 111, 112, 113, DES 283, DES 287, 285 or permission of instructor.

Project Assignments: Assignments associated with this course are a systematic development process for completing a full-scale Residential Design project. The process begins with Research and moves through the various stages of Programing, Schematics, and Design Development until it reaches the final stage featuring the student's Project Presentation.
